By downloading, installing, or using Xplorify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our application.

Use of the Application

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Xplorify on iOS devices that you own or control.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
• Bypass any security features
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the ranking system
• Interfere with other users’ experiences

User Accounts

Registration

You may need to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information updated.

Content and Conduct

User Content

By uploading content (such as profile pictures), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

• Harasses, abuses, or harms another person
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains viruses or other malicious code

Offers and Rewards

Redemption

Points earned in the app can be redeemed for offers from partner businesses. Offers are subject to availability and terms set by the partners.

Limitations

We reserve the right to adjust point values, expire points, or modify available offers at any time.

No Monetary Value

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Augmented Reality

Safety

You are responsible for using the AR features safely. Do not use AR while driving, cycling, or in situations where attention to your surroundings is required.

Hardware Requirements

AR features require compatible hardware. Performance may vary based on your device.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Xplorify, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Xplorify is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.

Third-Party Services

Xplorify may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Xplorify at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law
